A full-day working session for women in business

Systems Reboot

You have the idea.

You have the drive.

So why does it still feel

so hard to actually build it?

You know you want to create something online. A course, a program, a workshop, a digital offer that works while you are not. But every time you sit down to make it happen, you end up with seventeen open tabs, a folder full of half-finished ideas, and the nagging feeling that you need to figure out your systems before you can start, or maybe start before you sort your systems, and round and round it goes.

Sound familiar?

The problem is not that you lack ideas. It is that nobody has ever sat you down and helped you make the actual decisions.

Until now.

Introducing

Systems Reboot

Systems Reboot is a full-day, in-person working session designed for one thing:

Helping you leave with a digital offer you have defined, a system to support it, and a 90-day plan to build it, all in a single day.

No fluff. No death by slide deck.

No going home with a notebook full of ideas and no idea what to do on Monday morning.

This is a working day.

You will actually build things.

No fluff.

No “death by slide deck“.

No going home with a notebook full of ideas with no clue on how to do it.

This is a working day.

You will actually build things.

Here is what the day looks like

One offer

One day

Three outputs

that you take home

Everyone in the room works on the same thing all day: their one digital offer and the systems that support it. Not five options, not a brainstorm, not a vision board. One thing, done properly.

The day is co-facilitated by two specialists who cover both sides of what it actually takes to build and run a digital offer.

The front end

Offer, content and delivery. Getting clear on what you are building, who it is for, how it is delivered, and how you will promote it simply and sustainably.

i

The back end

Systems, structure and rhythm. Making the decisions about where everything lives, how it is organised, and what running your offer looks like week to week without the overwhelm.

The two sides are deliberately designed to work together.

Content decisions flow directly into systems decisions, so nothing sits in a silo.

A Digital Offer and Content Roadmap

Your offer defined: who it is for, what they get, how it is delivered, and a simple content and promotion plan you can actually execute.

A Digital Systems Roadmap

Your chosen home base, a folder structure that supports your offer, and a clear picture of where everything lives.

A 90-Day Build Plan

A joined-up, realistic view of what you will create and when, with clear next steps you can act on the moment you get home.

Everything mapped. Everything decided. On the day.

This day is for you if…

You have been sitting on a digital offer idea and cannot seem to get it off the ground

You have content scattered across your desktop, three different drives, and an email draft from last year

You have bought the courses and attended the webinars but still do not have the thing built

You know what you want to create but every time you start, the tech feels overwhelming

You are ready to stop planning and start doing, you just need a structured day to make it happen

Everyone in the room works on the same thing all day: their one digital offer and the systems that support it.

This day is not for you if…

Q

You are looking for theory and inspiration (there are plenty of events for that, this is not one of them)

Q

You are not ready to make decisions and commit to one direction

Q

You want to be talked at for six hours

A note on tools

We will not be recommending expensive platforms or pushing you to sign up for anything new.
The day is built around tools you likely already have: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, YouTube for hosting video content, and the email and basic online tools already in your world.

The message of this day is simple: you do not need more tools.

You need clearer structure and better decisions.

That is exactly what we are here to help you make.
