Annual Planning Session
We kick off the year with an annual planning session. This will be live (via Zoom) over 2 hours and is going to get you crystal clear on what you want to achieve. This is going to feel both exciting and a wee bit scary, but it is critical. This is your roadmap for our time together over the coming 12 months.
Monthly goal setting class
At the end of each month, we will use our master plan to break down our goals for the month ahead. This is a going to be an opportunity to revisit the bigger goals then we can course correct as necessary – this may include adding in new ideas or opportunities as they arise.
Weekly check in on goals
I know that being held accountable is key to achieving success. Every Monday, I will ask you to share your goals and every Friday, I will check on how things progressed. This is not to make you feel guilty, under pressure or that you are someone not keeping up. It’s all about motivation and accountability, and being connected to our goals.
Guest expert class
There are 6 themes that we will be covering on our time together. I will have a guest expert present on this theme. These classes will give us some great insights, different perspectives, as well as some easy actions we can take to chalk up some instant wins. These classes will be recorded and available inside your member portal.
Monthly session
I will host another live session each month that will be an opportunity for you to get direct access to me. You can bring your challenges, share your struggles and feel supported in a safe space. There will be an opportunity to be a hot seat during this class where we can dive into your specific challenge.
Community Support
We will all be hanging out together over the 12 months of the mastermind. There will be a private Facebook group where you can drop in to share your wins, ask for help and even just drop a little rant. Inside the group is also where I will run the weekly goal setting and follow up. This is going to be your fave place to hang out!
Monthly Coworking sessions
One of the hardest aspects of running an online business is the loneliness and sense of isolation. Our coworking sessions will be 3 hours in duration. They will be live via Zoom, facilitated by me.. The idea is that in these sessions we work on our to-do list for our business (not client work!), so we get productive, connect and laugh together online as we move forward towards our goals.
Accountability buddy
I want you to create lasting connections as part of my mastermind. Personally, I think one of the best ways to do this is to know that you have a special person inside the group that you can turn to for additional support. The buddy system is shown to improve results, and you will be given guidance on how to make this happen.
I have been part of the Digital Queens Mastermind for 6 months now, and I can’t believe how much I’ve grown since joining. Thanks to Digital Queens, I’ve consistently planned and achieved my goals every month. Here are just some of the things I’ve accomplished since joining:
