As a coach I get to see inside a lot of businesses, and see what’s going on, and a lot of what I’m seeing right now is a sense of overwhelm. It feels like whatever we do there’s always more to be done.
Tune in for tips on what to do if you’re feeling overwhelmed and how to turn it around. As well as how to manage the amount of information we’re faced with daily. Your brain is constantly receiving information you just cannot possibly retain all of it, as well as remember what’s already on your list of things to do. I also share a couple of ways to find moments in your day where you can let your thoughts and ideas percolate.
Remember, overwhelm is a steep and rolling path towards burnout. So, be kind to you!
