As a qualified process engineer, Enrika started her bookkeeping business as a side hustle to provide her with the flexibility to be able to support the lifestyle she wanted to create for her and her family. After a while, she saw the potential of running her business in its own right, making it a steady income stream, so she rebranded to Mind Your Money in order to grow her business to more than bookkeeping.
In this episode the ladies chat about their business journeys including some of the challenges, the importance of mindset and building a network to connect with others. Saying it’s hard to be everything in your business, and how good it is to know your strengths and outsource your weaknesses, so your business doesn’t take up all your time.
Hear the questions it’s ok to stop and ask yourself to help you move forward. One being, what are we trying to achieve? Not everyone is in business for the money. Define success for yourself. Don’t be afraid to ask yourself, what does success look like for me? It’s so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing, looking like they’ve got it all together.
Enrika is passionate about making sure you do something for yourself every single day. It doesn’t have to be going for a massage or meditating. It can be something as simple as having a cuppa in silence, giving yourself time to take a short break, reflect and give yourself the headspace for the ideas to come in.
Hoping to inspire others Enrika is going to start doing a monthly theme and some videos about business life integration focusing on things like cashflow, mindset, success, all obligation free. So, if you’d like to connect with her, or find out more here’s is where you will find her:
